Assistant General Manager - AGM

Firehouse Subs is a fast casual restaurant specializing in hot, made to order subs. We are looking for a AGM to help the General Manager lead the team and provide guests with a great meal again and again.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quick and accurate orders that follow the brand recipe.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, sweeping floors, etc.
• We love our guests, we encourage our team so say hello, make recommendations.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
• Maintain sanitation and food quality standards.
• No Grill, Fryer or Grease
• Support new team members, easy to learn menu.
• Work with a team to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

• Food service or related experience preferred but not required.
• Must have current Food Service certification preferred Food Service Manager Certification
• Able to work days, nights, and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
